DL co produces and hosts the program ‘The Music News Malta Chart Show’ on Smash Radio 104.6 FM every Friday between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

DL has always dreamed of maybe one day becoming famous, but the thought of becoming a DJ had never crossed her mind, so she looked elsewhere and started a career in modeling which she still does.

DL’s career as a DJ all kicked off 2 years ago. After encouraging her older brother to become a DJ on the radio 3 years ago, she was inspired to become a DJ herself just 1 year later. She even got certified as a DJ on the radio for her efforts. 

Here a determined DL continued chasing this once in a lifetime opportunity for a career in Deejaying. She obtained a just reward for all her perseverance and dedication by earning a certificate to be a Club DJ in September 2008. She is now excelling in radio, and if one looks at what she has achieved in such a short space of time, the sky is the limit for the teenage deejay hailing from the beautiful South of The Maltese Islands.

DL started her radio DJ career at a local station ‘Energy FM’ and this provided an invaluable experience for her. In October 2008 she participated in deejay auditions and impressed so much that she was selected by a leading Entertainment Company as their Deejay for the radio show ‘The Music News Malta Chart Show’. This enabled DL to move up the ladder onto a national radio station ‘Smash Radio’.

DL is still in her early stages as a Club DJ and Radio DJ, yet she is growing in popularity and her crowds and fans are getting bigger as she imposes her unique style. Thus one can expect big things from this up and coming DJ in the near future!
